At Black&Grey Atelier, our pricing structure is designed to be flexible and tailored to your specific needs. The cost of your event will depend on several factors, including the number of guests, the type of food service (coursed menu or tray passing), and any additional alcohol requirements. We also offer the option of providing extra staff on-site, such as servers, cooks, and bartenders, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your guests.


When it comes to food, our pricing will vary based on the menu selection and the number of courses. Whether you opt for a plated meal or tray-passed hors d'oeuvres, we work closely with our culinary team to create a customized menu that suits your preferences and budget. The cost will be calculated per person, taking into account the complexity and ingredients of the dishes.


For alcohol needs, we offer a range of options to suit every taste and budget. Our bar service includes a variety of premium spirits, wines, beers, and specialty cocktails. The pricing for alcohol will depend on the type and quantity of drinks requested, and we can work with you to create a customized beverage package that fits your event.


If you require additional staff such as servers, cooks, and bartenders, we can provide them at an additional cost. The number of staff needed will depend on the size and nature of your event, and we will work closely with you to ensure that all your staffing requirements are met.

BLACK&GREY is the setting you have been looking for to house your next event. 

With more than 1,500 square feet of space we have dedicated over half of that (sometimes ALL of it!) to hosting rad events, photoshoots, music videos, fashion shows, etc.  If you can dream it, we are the rad backdrop you want for it.



The Drawing Room features a fully equipped kitchen, a 20 foot glowing bar, and luxury seating accommodations.


Whether you are interested in a coursed menu with specialty cocktails, or hors d'oeuvres and beer/wine, we offer a range  of dining options to suit every taste and budget.

What is the pricing?


Please email us with your desired date and we will give you exact pricing. Pricing varies by time of year and peak seasons and also by the size of your event. In general, weekend days are $3,000-$4,000 and weekdays are $1,500-$2,500.

If you are looking to book per hour we are more than happy to accommodate at $400 an hour. 3 hour minimum.


How long are Rentals for?


Standard weekend rentals are 10 hours long with option to add additional time based on event needs. Hourly rental rates for less than 10 hours are available on weekdays.


What is the Alcohol Policy?


Black&Grey offers beer and wine for your event at an extra cost. Black & Grey allows events hosted to bring their own alcohol, provided you have liquor liability insurance.


What is the Catering Policy?


All caterers are welcome at Black&Grey with pre-approval by Black & Grey management.


Is Insurance required?


Black&Grey requires any outside vendors used, vendors will be required to provide proof of insurance. While we recommend event hosts also acquire insurance, this is optional.


Is there Guest Parking?


Guest can park across the street parking lot. 

Metered street parking is also available.


What is the policy on music?


B&G is equipped to be able to offer everything from specific playlists to live music and DJ’s.  Volume levels and hours to be considered. 


Did you mention the addition of tattoo services?


This add on is performed on site but in a different section of the venue so as not to disrupt the flow of your event.  These services can be approached a number of different ways.  Our resident artists are happy to work with artwork already created that is specific to your event OR create flash sheets on your behalf. The cost of this service is contingent on many factors.  We would be happy to talk through this with you should this be an option that you would like to explore!
